- Terms of Agreement: By accessing or using the Work Immersion Management System, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the system means that you accept any future updates or revisions to these terms.
- Intended Use: The Work Immersion Management System is developed to assist in managing and monitoring the Work Immersion Program of students. It is intended solely for official school and academic purposes.
- User Responsibilities: All users must log in using their official school credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email and password, and any actions performed under your account will be considered your responsibility.
- User Data Policy: The system collects personal information for academic and administrative purposes only. All data are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and ISO/IEC 25010.
- Prohibited Activities: Users are strictly prohibited from accessing or modifying data that do not belong to them, uploading false or inappropriate content, attempting to hack or disrupt the system, or using the platform for non-school-related activities.
- Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and design within the Work Immersion Management System are the property of the school or its developers. Copying, distributing, or reproducing any part of the system without permission is strictly prohibited.
